Apple India — My iphone has bend | |||||
I have iphone 6 and i had purchase on (march 2015)and my warranty has also get over and i go to apple service centre and i lodge a complain that why my phone screen is not working they check the phone and they replied the phone is bend due to several condition but the important thing is how the phone can get bend, if a person is paying thousand of rupees in a phone for quality purpose and the phone get bend . So i m writing this mail that please resolve my problem as soon as possilbe. Please change my iphone (exchange it) and please solve my query. My handset is already in under warranty but apple service centre said that is my earphone is not covered in warranty and not genuine reason for rejection my ear phone .
