Apple India — Not replacing only 1 month old iphone 6s that won't turn on at all(No physical damage or mishandling) | |||||
Hi, I've submitted my 1 month old iphone 6s on Oct 27th at Koramangala Bangalore forum icare centre. I was told that the phone will be replaced if it's hardware issue and is not repairable. If it is software issue then they will fix it and give back. RAF No. FIC1088721 I was also told that it'll take 5-7 working days to receive my new phone. Till date I din't receive any information on my phone. I tried calling their customer care multiple times and most of the time no one will pick up. 1 or 2 times when I was lucky, some customer care rep picked up and told me that they are waiting for parts and can't tell when it will be available and when I'll get back my phone. When someone buys a premium phone with ~50000Rs/-, then within 1 month the phone stops working completely without any physical damage and the company instead of acknowledging the issue immediately and replacing the phone keeps it for 13 days without any status update, that is called cheating the customers. Our money has value and when we spend 50k on a phone, we expect premium quality and superior customer service. Apple India failed in both. Right now as a consumer I am feeling cheated by Apple India.
