Apple India — regarding scratches made by unicorn infosolutions pvt. ltd. on my ne iphone x.

That i have purchased a new iphonex on 14.02.2018 and just after the purchase, i have started facing problems like battery drained too fast, sensor doesn't work during face recognition most of the time and sometimes entire screen goes black n phone hangs for a while. So i gave my iphonex 64gb, space gray at unicorn infosolutions pvt. Ltd. On 12.03.2018 time:5:48:26pm in a brand new condition without even a single scratch, i have also told to that executive to check my iphone thoroughly for any scratches or any physical damage and also told him to mention the condition of the phone on the note sheet which you are going to provide me, except that he told me that i have checked the iphone and there is no single scratch and for that i am mentioning the unit condition as user level condition, if there is any kind of physical damage or scratches on the device then we will mention in it.
When i visited to store then they have committed me to return my device within 4 days from the date of inward time of the device.
Now today they call me to collect my iphone as it is repaired and the problems has been rectified, when they asked me to check the device "i have found two visible scratches on my iphone",
When i asked them that how the scratches are there on my device then they said to wait for sometime i'll ask my manager if something can be done and also they trying to convince me that these are the minor scratches there is nothing that may effect to your warranty, when i told them that i want the phone exactly i handed over it you then they again asked me to wait for more time at service center pacific mall subhash nagar, new delhi, when i fed up and told them to please call your manager then after 20 mins the manager named ankush singhal (As the name told by him to me) came and said that i have to wait till monday so that we can check that either the scratches are here due our mistake or from their side or from you (Customer; that's me). When i told him to ask your service center guy who collected my phone on march 12, 2018, so that guy didn't accept that there was no scratches instead they started to put the blame on me.
In the view of the aforesaid, i want my iphone x to be replaced with the new one along with compensation of rs.10, 000/- for the harassment done by the manager and their team by wasting my time and energy as i want to leave for the high court as i am not gonna accept that phone they are trying to give me.
And they had also replaced the speakers of my device without my consent even though i never mentioned any problem in the speakers.
