This is specifically for B2X Bathinda
I submitted my phone for display issue and paid 1600 mandatory money for diagnostic purpose which was also non refundable.
The employee at shop said i will receive a call subsequent day for any problem or feedback. I was waiting entire day but didnt receive any call. It was saturday so i thought i should wait till monday. Monday again they didnt call so i went to B2X and asked for my phone, they said that it is not repaired and cannot be repaired. I asked them for specific problem in phone which they were unable to answer. My home button was working but they said its not. I randomly tried after 5/6 days my home button was working after i put in on charge. At least this kind of service is not accepted from Iphone. I believe people sitting in that showroom are not really interested in repairing your phone instead they are more interested in grabbing your 1600 amount which is non refundable. I need a feedback regarding this and actions to be taken. Was this information helpful? |
