Reason for writing: my warranty has been abused or canceled due to charging dock was damaged due to black mark as per apple banglore india or pcss goa service center.

I have purchased Apple iPhone 12 mini white 256Gb, on flipkart online india, month of October 2021, unfortunately it didn’t come ON ie on 5th Jan 2022 on same day i took it to a service center Panjim upon which they said it need to send it to apple banglore for further checking… when i called service center after 5 days to see whats the status… i have been found that apple has put a note saying its ABUSE due to damage in charging dock I immediately called apple india to know what exact reason why and whats the meaning of abuse but i din not get any good clarity from apple team in-fact i requested apple team to share me the pictures where it has been damage where they could not share me such images of damage then later i waited till my iphone reaches back to service center panjim… where i notice there was sorts of black marks inside charging dock it could be visible because of white color iphone black spot can easily noticeable i made it clean in front of apple service center guy and requested him to send again to apple banglore for warranty but he was not ready to send again, he was not ready to send the device 2nd time since i have been ****** off for a long time at-list for 2 hours time on same day that too keeping others customer on hold, also i was not happy with service i said and then he finally agreed to send my device back to apple banglore… after couple of days i found my service been abused again due to no reason and service center says it because of charging dock damage.

Here i am totally in different thoughts 2nd time when i sent to apple it abused for no reason and it came back, my point here is if phone is not open by repair center to check what exact reason why my phone went off for no reason if fallen in water or physical damages i would have accepted but this is like i am being punished for just small black spot inside the charging pin where my warranty has cancelled but here i want to say its not charging due to damage in charging dock but it should have charged or come on with wireless charging adapter which I myself has tried and also service center people has checked in front of me that it dint even come On with wireless charger as-well i am sure theres problem internally to the board where no one tries to inspect internally, i request you team to look into this where there will b good picture to find whats went wrong.

Now i want to know just because of small black spot mark inside the charging dock my warranty is been rejected by apple service center and apple banglore

If my iphone was fallen in water or had physical damages i would have accepted but just due to small black spot my warranty has been cancelled this is not at all acceptable in-fact i am a iphone 8 user for last 3 years and before that i have used iphone 5s for 4 years none of this phones gave me such problems this is first time i had worst experience and that too in two months and gets canceled due to small black spot on charging dock this is seriously not acceptable

But unluckily I dint not capture any pictures of black spot there and and also of after cleaning black spot that time my device is as clean as new also request to inspect my device again and share me the pictures of damages which are there.

I have not collected my iphone from service center yet.

I hope my issue will get resolved and please inspect my device again am sure my charging pin will be OK there is a issue with mother board i feel….
