Applelays — applelays refund not done on cancelled product | |||
On this website applelays.com i had ordered phone oneplus 6t. I have made a deposit of rs 1000 for pickup bill and 8000 for purchasing oneplus6t. He has mentioned that amazon will bill and deliver the unboxed item. It was mentioned as customer returned item and carries 350 days warranty. After sometime he was giving reasons for not doing home delivery and asked me to collect at amazon warehouse. I asked him to cancel and refund the order. After that he has mentioned that refund initiated but have not received my money back even after 2 weeks. Now he is not responding. The mobile no of the person in whatsapp is [protected].
