Ordered for macbook air 13.3by paying a booking amount of 10000 on 1dec2018. Rest 22999 paid through upi with the request of prashant gandhi via upi on 5 dec 2018. He promised to deliver my locatin at kochi if i pay full amount before delivery. I paid full amount through upi. But no product delivered yet. No refund not yet. Status indicating as refunded. My money simply blocked. If anybody can help me please.....

On this website applelays.com i had ordered phone oneplus 6t. I have made a deposit of rs 1000 for pickup bill and 8000 for purchasing oneplus6t. He has mentioned that amazon will bill and deliver the unboxed item. It was mentioned as customer returned item and carries 350 days warranty. After sometime he was giving reasons for not doing home delivery and asked me to collect at amazon warehouse. I asked him to cancel and refund the order....

On this website applelays.com i had ordered phone oneplus 6t for 30500 and first of all was delayed delivery for 3 days and then cancelled and told it would be refunded in a day but.. As per website it shows refunded but i have not received any refund.

Now the person who helped me to place order is not responding.. Please help me get my refund.
Mobile number is only whatsapp is active, he does not reply at all.
