Applelays — refund not done on cancelled product

On this website applelays.com i had ordered phone oneplus 6t for 30500 and first of all was delayed delivery for 3 days and then cancelled and told it would be refunded in a day but.. As per website it shows refunded but i have not received any refund.

Now the person who helped me to place order is not responding.. Please help me get my refund.
Mobile number is only whatsapp is active, he does not reply at all.

The Same thing happened to me also in Applelays.com. I have made a deposit of RS 1000 + 8000 for purchasing Oneplus6T as home delivery. He has mentioned that Amazon will bill and deliver the unboxed item. It was mentioned as Customer returned item and carries 350 days warranty. After sometime he was giving reasons for not doing home delivery and asked me to collect at Amazon warehouse. I asked him to cancel and refund the order. After that he has mentioned that refund intiated but have not received my money back even after 10 days.
Now he is not responding. The Mobile no of the person is [protected].
Kindly help me to get my money back.

No response from him. The website applelays is no longer available. I think he has made enough money and vanished. We should all come together and do something.
