Eureka Forbes — wheels are not in packet

Dear sir/madam ,

Iam purchasing eureka frobes wet and dry cleaner 11/09/2011. The eureka frobes wet and dry mission is delivered in my house after open in my delivery pocket wheel base is not there.So, it can't be working and not use still now . No.of times i talk to representative Mr.Naidu(emp.no.9024167) and his manager still now every time postpone . But there is solution still now . Your Representative is told to life long service but there is no service , no demo and no responsibility. His manager is also not taken my compliant and post pone this problem. this is a service for long time?.
