Please improve on your service .....since last 5 Months I am following up with EUREKA FORBES HELPLINE for My (Aquaguard i-Nova) Service request. 4 to 5 month's back I had registered one complaints (L****), Till date no one has attended the complaint. When today again phoned HELPLINE (4th time called HELPLINE since last 4 to 5 Monts). Today they assigned new URGENT complaint no (L****).
I do not know what is going to happened to this new complaint ???
