Eureka Forbes — Not receiving service for product which is under warranty

I bought a Aqua guard water purifier which still has almost 5 to 6 months of warranty. The product is not able to perform properly for which we have called the service help line close to 6 times for sending a mechanic for providing the necessary service. I even got a complaint numerbn for this from the customer service even after which they have not been able to send a mechanic for performing the service.
