hindustan unilever pure it water filter — Poor Service and leakeages

I am the the user of the HUL Pure it water filter, its my advice to all the prospective customers who are planning to buy a filter not to go for it, as initially the sales men respond well to make a sale but the after sales service is really bad .
i have been suffering from a long time, as my battery indicator (Chlorine ) has to be replaced and ive been tired of asking servicemen to replace it but there is no response from them, The filter also causes inconvinence as it keeps leaking water in the kithen.
initailly as i made the complaint they responded by saying that it shall be rectified immediately and later they say that your house is too far from the city .and they say we shall send someone to fix it but no body turns up
i have complained a month ago but still there is no body to replace it.
i am so helpless as the battery indicator is not available in stores or olse i shall have fixed it by now .

Best Service from Pureit HUL in Lucknow City.

I am Sanjay. Every time while replacement of Battery, i got wondorful service from HUL for Pureit. Really this is best class service given by HUL amongst other consumer durable companies.

Hindustan Unilever/ pure it water purifier — Poor service

Booked for battery kit on 13/11/10 . Promised new battery kit within one working day but still today ( 19/11/10) no replacement. So before buying pure it water purifier please take a note of this

Pure it, water filter — durability

Hi,

I am S. Sujatha from Chennai. My customer ID is [protected] and internal id is 30143602. We have using Pure It water filter for the past 4 years, in my 4 years experience if find that the carbon block goes worn out easily when the battery is still in good condition, so we are forced to buy a batter just because of that carbon block. It would be nice if the carbon block alone is sold separately.

And one more thing is that we ordered the plastic water collecting container through customer care since we broker our old one and they asked us to wait for 2 days and if we don't get it to collect in the particular regional office, but when we went there, they said they don't have any link with the customer care at all, then what is the purpose of having customer care.
