MY complaint no. CO[protected] registered on 12.03.2022
I had registered a complaint with pureit customer care on 12.03.2022. I had purchased pureit marvela purifier from Vijay sales in Sept 2021, my purifier is under warranty & its giving me problem from the time i have purchased it. My first complaint was resolved in Jan 2022. But it's been 5 days I have registered complaint & still not attended by any of your technician. Am tired of calling customer care & writing mails, am not getting any good reply or help from your pureit customer care. I am not sure about this even could solve my problem. I Am trying my luck if anyone could help me with the same.
Its been 5 days there is no drinking water. I want the purifier replaced witn the new as this 2nd time am facing problem with the new pureit prifier.
