[Resolved] Usha Shriram — CFL is fused within one month of purchasing | |||
Sir, I bought a CFL of the Usha eurolex 128w from csd kota after one month of purchasing the CFL fused and stop luminaire .I went to the CSD and tried to convince about the problem but they denied to replace the products with new one as per company's guarantee norms as if any CFL fused within 1year of purchasing date co.will replace products.After then I searched Usha lightening on the internet and contacted at the Delhi on the given tel.no.[protected]/[protected].the person whom I talked he told me every time that Boss is not in the cubicle to answered me please give me your mb. no. whenever he will return I give your no.and suggest him to solve your problem. Usha Shriram — Service under AMC
Sir,We have taken AMC from Usha Shriram Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Naraina (Delhi) for our USHA BRITA water purifier on 10.10.10 for one year by paying Rs 1500/- ,which we purchased a year back. After six months purifier stopped working. We called them. They rectified the defects. But again after two- three days, it stopped working and till now it is not working. I requested so many times to their office. They replied that the particular spare part is not in their stock.
After so many requests again they replaced the required part with some old spare part and that also worked for three- four hours only. Presently no body is listening. I want to ask the question why this company take AMC if they can not provide service to their customers and also compensate me for the same.
