Dear apps daily This is bring to your notice that I Pawan Kumar Rathi had submitted my damaged handset on 14 th of Jan 2017 i.e Samsung A7 to one of the connect center of apps daily bearing IMEI no. [protected] and intimation ID as ADN_C_291216_[protected] where I made a payment of Rs 1500 so that my damaged handset gets repaired in time. Earlier executive members were at least picking up the phone and later the same process was modified to call back requests giving me the false information that "your phone has reached service center and delivered to you soon". This same status was said by them every now and then with a intention of keeping me on hold. Moreover all the cc center is being shut done with the intention of having online process but now neither there is any call back request nor they are providing any information for status. When it comes to IVR, the give same repeated status i.e "your documents have been accepted and approved and your phone will be dispatch to one of our service center soon" since from last 2 and half months. Moroever when checking status through online they have given wrong information of courier company with wrong reference number. Now I have no option to reach apps daily and if the problem is not solved soon then I have to file a case against this company I hope my problem would be solved soon through your domain Necessary documents have attached under for your convenience and these are *Job sheet given by them *Mobile purchase bill *Their online status Thanks Pawan Kumar Rathi Was this information helpful? | |||||
