Dear Concern,
I have Purchased Samsung A7-gold from shivalik infotech pvt. ltd. on 7th of july with the same they provide me insurance of apps daily by the person name "Amandeep"
after 4 months i met with an accident in which my display got a crack line but my phone was in perfect working condition.
I contacted apps daily they came and picked my phone by taking 500 rs without sorting my issues by ensuring that i will get my phone within 8 days. After a MONTH when i dint received my phone i contacted them, they told me new thing that my documents are not complete so they are sending my phn back without giving my 500rs amount back. I threatened them because my documents were complete and they already gave me intimation id. They asked me a week time to get my phone al right, I again called them after a week but the issue remained same they again sent my phone back without resolving the issue in between i reached store from where i purchased my Phone they gave me no. of ASM of apps daily "Mr. Abhishek" they started making fool of me that your will get fine in 2 days - 3 days he even said being ASM - "Mam please register a complained against Apps daily cause i am not able to handle your problem". After the long wait of 2 months i got my phone back i again i paid rs 366 as insurance 5% amount also they asked me to renew insurance again without completion of an year i again called "Abhishek" he asked me to not to renew my insurance cause i got mentally harassed due to them, but but but... i got my display not pasted properly front camera issues no sim trays... I contacted the store manager again cause my phone was not working properly at that time he was agree by watching my phone's condition that its not in right condition. He asked me to come after 2 3 days cause "Amandeep" who sold me phone by giving Apps daily insurance was not there. I reached after 3 days still he dint came back i roamed there 2 3 tyms but he was not present. After a long wait he came there i ask him to resolve issues of my phone he asked me to talk ASM again. I said no this time he said to reach Samsung service centre and make it resolved by myself I said i purchased it from you, you gave me insurance i will question you.
He said Do whatever you can do we don't bother same line told by store manager.
So, my question is this that is this the way to attend the consumer are they doing right??? Who is going to resolve my issue??? Why I am getting Harassed ? Plz take that phone from me On which I Spent 26000 rs only 7 months back now its garbage for me... Revert me with an answer.

Sir,

I have been facing the same problem with apps daily and it is not being resolved. I think we all can gather up and launch an FIR and threaten Apps Daily to give us our money back.
