[Resolved] Apps You Need — Delay in repair and reply of complain | |||||
My claim no is D[protected], as per the Apps you need portal the device was to be repaired and send back by 18/01/17 but has not been received till now. On the voice support, there is no option to speak to anyone to know the status of the claim. I have logged complaint 4 times but have never got reply back. by Complaint numbers are CN[protected] & CN[protected]. Two times over email for which never got an acknowledgment.
