My name is gaurav pratap singh. Sir, I have purchase a Samsung Galaxy j7 on 4th March of 2016. My alternate registered mobile no. is [protected], my Invoice no. is 2432. IRN which is IRN325444. my CIN D[protected]. my phone was damaged on 4th of nov. and i claimed next day, case get approved on 24 nov, but nobody visits, after comlaining 2 dozen time, and complaining on this site, they arranged a pickup, a buddy visits on 30 december, i packed the mobile with claim form, and submitted my damaged mobile to pickup boy of ecom express pvt. ltd. my AWB no. is[protected]. and now my status is showing CASE DROPPED, because customer denied to give the phone to pickup boy. what the hell is going on, earlier you people delayed in pickup for more than 1 month, now doing fraud to me that i haven, t delivered the phone to pickup boy. i am having a receipt from pickup boy..if i didn't get my phone repaired an back to me as soon as possible then i will sue you people in consumer court and lodge a fraud F.I.R against you, update the status and give a call back on my alternate no.
