[Resolved] Apps You Need — Phone insurance, no updates about phone, late delivery and the delivery date is exceeded. | |||
On 31/03/2017 my phone (Htc one e9s dual sim) with imei: [protected] was taken for repair. As i had a display problem. While purchasing the phone i had done insurance for my phone and i was informed that if i would claim for insurance maximum it gonna take 25 to 30 working days, but now it has already more than than 30 days. I have complained several times yet there are no proper information about my phone. Now i feel so hellish about this apps you need policy. I have also mentioned several times in my complain that i want my phone as sooner as possible as i have to go out of the station but there is no concern about my phone by your company. Again i'm requesting you to please see to my query and please try to fix it as soon as possible because i'm stuck over here just because of my phone and i can't move out of the station.
