Date of incident :- 29 Nev 2016 CIN no : - D[protected] Complaint No's - CN[protected], CN[protected], CN[protected] . Incident :- On 29 Nov 2016, at around 8 PM i was going to home from my office ( STRYKER, VATIKA BUSINESS PARK, SEC 49, GURGAON) while coming out of lift on ground floor, i was reading my e-mails on my handset ( Samsung S7 Edge) suddenly somebody pushed me from back and my handset fell on the floor. when i picked it only white screen was visible. i took it to the samsung care where they told me that screen is broken which they don't cover under warranty. Complaint :- I have submitted my claim on 30 Nev 2016 to repair my handset( 9 months old Samsung S7 Edge ), My claim got approved but it went under "TOTAL LOSS". I don't know how come a screen broken handset can go to total loss and can't be repaired . anyways appsyouneed told me that they will issue a cheque less depreciation and salvage. so after paying 3K of insurance i will get half of my handset invoice on screen broken. The worst part i am facing from appsyouneed is there is nobody to assist me for my queries, on there toll free no they will assist you for claim submission or claim status only. for any other query every time i need to raise complaint which will take 48 working hours or more to get response. Poor communication, no responses, fake documents uploaded by company, check issued to me was of wrong account no.
Never ever recommend anyone about appsyouneed. Apps You Need customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
