Apps You Need — return of mobile phone taken under claim

My phone was collected on 19th march'17 with claim number dmar22993.

I have been in regular follow up but i am not able to get any update on return of my mobile phone. It been more than 125days but still i have not received my mobile phone back. Customer care is just harassing by giving false dates every time by saying that my claim has been approved and i will get by phone in next one week. By just sharing weekly dates i have told that we are dealing with your issue on priority but in actual there is no action taken. I am not sure if i can really get back my mobile phone. At times customer care numbers are also not connected and failing to which makes me more confused. Please help me in getting back my phone as i can spend more time waiting after investing 60000 and it was a new phone..

Please help.

Hi Renjit,

This is to bring into you knowledge that my phone was collected from residence in Jamshedpur on 19th march'17 with claim number DMAR22993.

I have been in regular follow up with Appsyouneed but i am not able to get any update on return of my mobile phone. As on date its been 130 days but still i have not received my mobile phone back. Customer care is just harassing by giving false dates every time with a different statement or information like my claim has been approved and i will get by phone in next one week and my phone has gone into total loss and ill get back a cheque for entire invoice amount for phones cost.
Service centre is just sharing random dates every week and i am being told that they are dealing with your issue on priority but in actual there is no action taken by your team. At times customer care numbers are also not connected and failing to which makes customer in a problematic phase.

Please help me in getting back my phone as i cant spend more time waiting after investing 65000 and it was a new phone which was collected for rectification by your team.

We request for an immediate action and return of phone within a week. Failing to comply the same will force us to take legal action against the company for harassing customer for more that 4 months. Attached complain history for your action.
