Sir, I, aditya sharma. My cin no. Is dfeb35425. I'm from kolkata. I own a samsung galaxy s7 edge mobile phone which had got damaged on 22nd february. My claim had been approved and the damaged phone was also picked up from my house on 28th february and i was told that i would get back my phone after repairing by 20th march. (As mentioned in the claim status). It's been almost a month since my claim was approved and no update regarding the status of my phone has been updated the repair and delivery window are blank. I have tried complaining many times. But, i've got the same automated reply everytime. Also there is no help from there staff when i call them. Sending email's also proved to be useless.
