I requested a complaint about my phones damaged by liquid my iphone 5s and i got the cin no-sd[protected] and through this i'm tracking the order and by tracking i got a status that if your documents are correct then you will get approval by 14 feb 2017 but i haven't got any calls or message from us executive so it's my request to please proceed my approval as soon as possible

Updated by subham ranjan Actually I complained a claim request for my iPhone 5s and it was approved but when the courier man came to pickup then he was picking everything of iphone but not my cell phone and the courier man said that sir everything not goes on one time we will come for two times to pickup then I called the customer care of apps you need then she said that no sir everything goes on one tym only.so I request you to kindly take some action on this . My CIN no is-SD[protected] I request you to please take a serious action on this complaint
