This is for your information I lost my mobile phone I launched police complaints for same and I sent all my necessary documents on dt 25 Dec 15 at ur address today I call ur customer care dept then I know my above mention claim was rejected due to late Mr Karan told me ur employees Sir if I sent 25th Dec by courier and u received late how is possible to reject and police dept investigation and not singed. I visit Baroda branch office many but they told no problem u sent ur claim done but today I worry if we taken ur app insurances u never told So I request u pl revert open my file in ur end i[censored] want any support I am ready otherwise I will go consumer protect and IRDA for same Pl look the matter and resolve as early as possible Kameshwar Singh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
