I had purchased a samsung mobile phone from jammu in August 2015. I had done Apps Daily insurance at the time of purchase. I met with an accident in november 2015 and the handset got damaged. When I contacted Apps Daily for my claim they asked me to contact the authorized service centre and get the estimate along with photographs of the damaged handset. I got all these done by 24/11/2015 and emailed all the necessary documents and couriered the handset and hard copies of all documents in original to the registered postal address. I got an approval of claim mentioning the refund of Rs.9275/- on 02/12/2015. Since then I am Have tried to communicate with them since last four months through email and phone calls but they tell me to wait for the next update it is under process. It is such a long time that they make me a fool to wait for a prolonged time. I humble request you to provide me the possible help in this regard.
