On 14 april 2016, i purchased from laxmi the mobile store mira road (e), cash memo no. [protected]. hand set : samsung j700 (ime no.) [protected] was purchase with the insurence-appsdaily-15k platinum -15k - 7020144. the handset got damage which was submitted to appsdialy solutions to collection center at moksh plaza shop no. 26 2nd floor, sv road, borivali (w) mumbai. on 18 july 2016, Vide information id no. adn_140716_[protected]. Company committed me as they assured me while selling their product, sir u will get your claim within 10 working days, but i visited their thrice till date, but still just they are giving assurance and have not fulfill their comitment yet today on 9th aug 2016. (1) i have to face many of the problems due to company's in effecient services. every time i have to take leave from my office just on their commitments which also occures me financial loss every time. due to such of insurence i am not able to communicate to my bussiness and relatives and due to which i am suffering from lots of losses. please look into the matter.
