I insured my phone Sony xperia Z Ultra by appsdaily. My phone got damaged within 10months. The repair cost for my phone was estimated to be more than 55% of fee. Therefore the company said that I must courier the phone to appsdaily along with required forms and all phone accessories. The company gave a time period of 21days for claim money to be transferred in my account but it has been more than 2 months since I couriered my phone and haven't received the money yet. I have given my Samsung S6 for repair on 30th Dec 2016 at Sector 22, Chandigarh Office. I have been notified through text message that the mobile will be repaired with 3 weeks of submission. (CIN ADN_C_281216_[protected]
I am still waiting for any feedback. The office at Chandigarh was closed soon after I deposited the handset. I haven't received any update on the fate of my mobile phone. I tried to contact local apps daily representative name (Sukhawant / Shrikant / Keshav) but none have given any feedback on the status. In fact I was provoked by Mr.Shrikant to go to consumer court.
Its a mistake that I have registered with this company. The helpline is not helpful in fact its closed system with no
system of feedback.
I am about to register a case in consumer redressal forum as I am helpless and not getting any feedback what so ever.
