Appsdaily — Worst service. Would suggest everyone not to go with this cheaters [ claim id: ad_d_141115_2846623 ]

This is the worst experience i am having with AppsDaily. I was using Lumia 1520 handset which got a minor liquid damage where phone was infected with a coloured spot at the top right corner. I spoke to Nokia service centre about this issue & after completely checking with the phone I was was informed that it is a liquid damage &changing the circuit would fix it which would cost me 13000 ₹ Repair cost. So I decided to go to my insurance company which is AppsDaily. I submitted the claim for the same & My phone was picked up a week after submitting the claim i.e. on 18 November 2015. Then On 3rd December 2015, I got their response that we have checked with the phone and the repair cost is going unto 11750 which is approved and payable by insurance company itself. I was happy till then. Meanwhile when i was checking the claim status online, Every time I was getting the date postponed by more two days. This continued for two weeks. After two weeks on 17 December 2015 I got an email from them stating that the phone repair cost is getting upto 20900 & so it will be considered as Total Damage. I was not convinced with this but still I made my decision to lets handover this phone. so I submitted my phone and all the accessories to them on 19 December 2015. At this time I was promised to get the claim amount within 21 Days. Now its been more than a month & I still haven't got my claim amount . The only thing I can see at their website is different dates each time.
