i have left my car MARUTI WAGON R LXI NO. HR 26AS 2617 to :

on 21.08 .2008 for repairing under insurance claim and first service. i recd back the car on 26.08.2008.
two days before i have gone to market to put on cover seat.
all of sudden i checked that my stepeny has been changed.
i have never left my vehicle at any place other then my home . i am doubtful that my stepney has been changed in service centre.
please give me the solution.

Cheating by Apra Auto Service station on dated 20-03-09

I hereby share my bad experience with apra auto service staion regarding their commitment against the order. dated 16-3-09 I called to apra motors and request the store representative to book the floor carpet for my car alto. They confirmed me that bring your car on this weekend 20/03/09. Incedently my car service was also due and I thought that the same time I would get done all the work together and make my plan accodingly. Yesterday morning when i called the apra motors and asked for the carpet, he confirmed that the carpet is booked for you and please drop the car by evening but when i reached there, the representative refused that sir we dont have the carpet today (I came to know that they heve used it for another car) you will have to book again and come after 3 or 4 days. I was shoked to hear that, It is totally vanished my plan (Long drive) for the next week. Due to this I couldnot get my car sevice also. It was first time i visited apra motors otherwise i was regular customers of Pasco automobile.
We cannot trust on them now. I am also going to address this issue to M/s MARUTI UDYOG LTD.This is toatally unacceptable to the customer.

    Respected sir,
    Thru some sources I was able to get your email i.d and I thought of sharing some of my wonderful experiences I had last weak at your proud dealer & service centre APRA AUTOS. It is not just one event or instance but was a series of blunders I have to face at gurgaons or say haryana’s no. 1 maruti dealer APRA AUTOS.so lets start with the matter in detail.

    Make: MARUTI Esteem VXi
    27/08/08 my car was dropped at apra auto(JOB No. 0264544) for routine service & a complaint of over heating and non working of radiator . some fuse and relays were damaged due to some electrical fault. I was told by auto electrican & service engineer mr.amit saini that radiator motor is not o.k and its taking extra load and because of that fuse are not able to survive. I asked them to do the needful.On 29/08/08 my car was deliveredwith total bill of Rs.4009/- and they told me that radiator motor is fine & they have made minor adjustments and tempering in wirings. They made their hit & trial safe by mentioning that the vehicle is under observation.
    31st.aug.2008 I got stuck at sultanpur(about 15 kms. From gurgaon) with same problem of blowing of fuses & engine overheating. I asked for help from APRA AUTO but b’coz of Sunday they could not do anything for me. Somehow I managed to bring my car to the workshop.
    31/08/08 vehicle again dropped at APRA AUTO and I was told that wiring no.5 is short and doing earthing & because of that fuse are blown. I again gave them the consent to do the needful.JOB NO. 0265256 was given on 31/08/08 and tentative time of delivery was given 1st.september.2008 at 8.00 p.m by service engeneer AMIT SAINI.
    2nd sept.2008 after trying a lot to contact mr.amit saini whose mobile was switched off I directly reached APRA AUTO at 8.30 a.m to pick up my car, I waited for half an hour then Mr. Vinay Sharma(asst. works manager) attended me and conveyed me that the part required for my car was not available in stock so it will take a day or so. Its fine if part is not available, I know esteem is old model now getting parts can be difficult, but I think somebody should have informed me. If a part is not available with the company, is it not there duty to provide me with some service vehicle so that I can carry out my routine works.But there was no such help or follow up. After having words with mr.vinay I spoke to Mr.ABHISHEK SHARMA the proud owner of APRA AUTOS. I was assured that the matter will be dealt seriously and every possible work will be done to satisfy me. He pacified me in such a great way that only a good entrepreneur can do. I liked that.
    3rd sept.2008 I received a call and a message from APRA AUTOS that my vehicle was ready & I went on 4th sept.2008 afternoon to take my car. Mr. AMIT SAINI was off duty, in his absence we were attended after 45 minutes that too after going to Mrs. ANITA SHUKLA( head of customer care) .then my car was delivered by Mr. Praveen with INVOICE No. 127105 & I paid Rs.6162/- for that repair. Because of over heating problem coolant of my car was dried up but no body at APRA AUTO checked it. At the time of vehicle delivery when I checked it, it was empty & same was shown to Mrs. ANITA SHUKLA. After that when I went inside my car the A.C’s & BLOWER’s knob were missing. Again the things were reported to Mrs. ANITA SHUKLA, she scolded the authorized person in front of me to cool me down. Then the person told that original knobs of my vehicle are lost or misplaced & new are not in stock. The person assured me to get the things done at my home & I need not come toAPRA again.
    The threshold level of my patience was over when I revealed that one of my car’s wheel cap was also missing.
    I am a doctor by profession & have my own practice, I think I have some other works also apart from wandering in & around APRA AUTO. Last whole weak I spended most of my time coming to APRA AUTO or speaking to people here on phone.
    Now you can suggest me better what sould a normal consumer with no approach or influence do. B’coz director level people are far away from our reach. The one at lower posts at APRA AUTOS can send us to their immediate senior. I then thought that MARUTI SUZUKI is the supreme power in this regard, so I approached you. Now the ball is in your court, if the person is so harassed by a person or an organization then what action should be taken against them? Being a doctor I thought that authorized service person is like a doctor & roadside mechanics are quacks, but I think the team at APRA AUTOS is full of quacks. They can just do hit & trials and trouble us. should we think that going to an authorized service centre is a foolish thing. Don’t let our mentality change & do some thing for this.

    Apra maruti service centre — service is not done

    I got my car servicesd through apra mariti service centre, gurga on on 4 october, in my car there was a problem of engine oil leackage for which i was adviced to change the ring(seal), i did the same from there but after two days it again started leaking, now this time they again charged the fee and changed the ring again, and now it again started, if they cannot give the best solution then why they opened the service centre, wasting my money and time, please help, [protected]
    You complaint is very valid. Apra Auto cheats many consumers this way. If you send the car in for a minor repair, they create a bigger problem and return it to you, so that you have to bring your car bar very soon for costly repairs. As for Mr. Abhishek Sharma, whm you have so kindly mentioned, he is a lying, cheating , who will suck all of your money out of you and stuff it up his own arse for the fun of it.
    I completely endorse the fact that APRA AUTO is a cheat and fraud. In a similar incidence 15 days back, i gave my car to APRA for repairs with an estimate of around 12K. The delivery promise was withing 10 days. Finally after 10 days i started enquiring. By that time they already revised the estimate to 24K by suggesting that the apron also need to be changed.
    After number of calls to Samarth and pradeep kharabanda, who kept on extending the time lines by 1 days at a time, i finally landed up at the service center taking a day off from office. I was in the workshop for the entire day ensuring that the car is delivered. Finally late evening the car was delivered. As i drove back home, i realised that the car is still not in shape and there is lot of noise in the front wheel.

    I drove back the next day which was incidentally saturday and spoke to Samarth for taking a road test and put the car in order. But nothing happened and finally i called up Abhishek sharma son, who is currently the MD of the unit. He sounded very supportive however nothing much was expected and they again failed to deliver on their promise. Finally they went ahead and raised additional bill of 1K.

    After spending nearly 25K, the car is still not in shape. I have finally decided to see my road side repair shop tommorow to figure out what is the real problem as its no point going back to APRA as they are CHEATER and have no moral value. They are not service provider, infact the treatment they give to customers are by no standard proffessional.

    yes they r cheater, when i told to fit the cng kit of aurgentina one, they fitted italian whcih is very bad and gives the trouble all the time

      After accdent i handed over my vehicle to co. on 21.08.2007.they delivered me on 18 sep instead of 11 sep.the vehicle was in very bad condition . they charged more amount on account of depriciation.till date they cannot clarify at which rate they have chrged money from me.even the behaviour of the executives there was not good.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      SUBJECT:-mISSING OF STUPPNY FROM CAR NO.-HR26AR4123.

      This is regarding the abovesaid subject.
      I handed over my car in your service station for the repairing on 1st of November, 2008 and collect it on 12th of november, 2008.

      For collection of my car I was come from my office, I was in hurry so that could not able to check my car accessories properly.
      But on the next day when I checked my car found two items missing in which the one is the bigger item i.e. the spare stuppny.

      Immediately, I informed about this missing item to your employee Mr. Jayant (mobile no.-[protected])who was looking my case.
      Now, already foour days has gone after informing about this missing item, but I have not received any proper feedback from your side about this matter.

      Everyday I am driving on risk.If anyone of stuppny got punctured on the way then I will be in trouble because my route is FBD-GGN.

      SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND SOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON URGENT BASIS.

      Dear Sir, Dated 23rd November, 2008

      This mail is in continuation to the previously mailed four emails as yesterday I called your APRA Service Center, Gurgaon, Haryana., for the delivery of the car but again I received the same reply that the car will not be delivered today as the survey of the car is still pending, I am not able to understand why the inspection of the car is to be get done again and again while the delivery of the car is to be done, on 04th November, 2008 car inspection was done, on 11th November, 2008 again the car inspection was done, and now again I (on 22nd November, 2008) was told that the inspection of the car is to be done, your this activity made me mentally upset and make me mentally force to knock the door of CONSUMER COURT.

      I am not warning you but its truth that your activity of not existing on the commitment and misguiding make me to do so. As you people again and again postponed the delivery of the car having registration no. DL2CN9286. Till date I haven’t received any reply of any email from your side. Please reply with the answer.

      Hoping with no hope for positive response from your side.

      Dear Sir / mam

      My friend Deepak Kakkar bought Alto LXI ( Temp HR-99 ECHQ / 6900) from your showroom. He is having technical problem with the car balance. When it goes to 70-75 kMP then it starts to give heavy vibration during running. It has been tried to repair in your workshop twice, but still there is no good result. Even the mechanic has told to my friend that he is not be able to repair this problem. Remember this problem can cause to accidental death. Who is going to take the responsibility of this??? Please look into the matter. Its very dangers. Waiting for your kind response. Please reply me on the given email id or you can call me on the given no. Waiting for your kind response.
