[Resolved]  Apsrtc — Money not refunded for incomplete transaction

I tried to book a ticket from bhimavaram to vizag on 24th june using apsrtc oprs payment. (order no. [protected]). I used indian bank internet banking for payment. However it was an incomplete transaction but money was deducted from my indian bank account . When i enquired, they told it will be refunded in 48hrs. But it did not happen. Kindly see to refund my money
