[Resolved] Aqua Pure Plus — Ro+ uv machine not working properly | |||||
I have brought RO in the above mentioned company when I use the RO water first time my children were not feeling well I complaint first time a person came after a week and change the filter in the new machineand in week it took 45 to 1 hour to fill the tank and one day it took 2 hrs to fill half a tank I complaint 2 nd time no response for week then from customer care I got murugan no after a week the same person came first he told electrolyte is gone then he told pipe is bend now no problem madam. I didn't sign the complaint form. And I told him check purite level he told I don't have it and he said he bring it in couple of days no response. And on 6 April I called and raised complaint for purite checking as of now 13 April no response. It is cheating company kindly help me get new product or money Was this information helpful? | |||||
