Aqua Sure — Filter change with wrong commitment | |||||
Dear Sir/Madame, This is refer to Aqua Sure, as I call to Mr Vijay Halnar from Panvel, a Service Executive, who visited to my home in Uran, , Raigad, As he told me that I have to change the Carbon Cartridge and also Filter Cartridge, then Water will flow good and also Fresh Water, Let me tell you that it was hardly changed 6 months before, On his assurance, I asked him to change for Rs. 600.00, plus 150.00 service charges and Rs. 75 for Knob, So total I pay him Rs.875.00 So that I can get good services. But at the end, there was no proper water flow. then he gave me the reason that water pressure is not fast for that reason water flow is slow, As I told him before the work that I need water flow fast not slow and he too assure me the same. But nothing has done proper also he talk to my wife very rudely. Is this type of peoples you keep in your company. I need the concern person to whom I will talk on this issue. so i need the Senior person mobile no. and email id. for further action. Please don't ignore this mail, as if I am not getting the responsefrom your side in next 24 hours, I will go to Consumer Court and also take this issue to your website and also make complaint against Mr Vijay Halnar in police station, as he challenged my wife's modesty after 24 hours.His mobile no. is [protected].
