My Aquaguard Nrich HD RO+ UV+ MTDS is not working from last few months, even though i had called multiple times nobody from Aquaguard addressed this issue.While installing new machine itself it didn't come up, he had to replace filter at the beginning itself. Within few months of installation this aquaguard did stopped working, service person came and did service, after 1 month again the issue started appearing, even though i had raised complaint earlier from the website, nobody contacted from the company. Then i followed up via email-Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in as it suggested in the website, i got reply with service Ref- EFL1569580. But, nobody called me from company again it went in the same state and it is open from last 2months. Overall this process has started almost 6months back but not yet serviced, around this time my warranty also ended. I am really fed up with the kind of support i am receiving for this product, just within few months of installation i am seeing this kind of issue is a big concern for me.
