[Resolved] Aquaguard Eureka Forbes — Delay in installation & improper updates | |||||
We ordered product (aquaguard magna green ro) online (with reference & guidelines through your agent) on 26th june & got it delivered on 28th june. two persons came for installation. They opened the pack & tried to install, later they came to know that "screwing problem (improper screwing)" was there while receiving the product itself. So, we raised a complaint regarding this issue, request id is: "95961537". Even though we tried daily there was No response from their side. We spoke to their higher officials in chennai, they said "we will replace the product within 12 th july 2016" Its 13th of july now, but there is no replacement so far... Customer care people repeated 3 statements regularly 1. we escalated the complaint .2. our executive will attend today 3. sorry for the inconvenience As they are taking too much time for installation as well as to respond properly, we want to "return the product" Was this information helpful? | |||||
