[Resolved] Aquaguard Reviva — defected membrane | |||
I am using Aquaguard Reviva RO water purifier Unit Sl.No. 6012162 from 20.3.2014 . In between there was little problem of membrane leakage but the problem was not sorted out by Technician. Technician Mr. Garg told that it is not available right now but he will bring next week and get it changed. Then Technician changed membrane without any number on 12.7.2014. I asked to change it by company membrane. Then he told that within a week company will send new membrane on my address to change it, then I will replace the same. I trusted him but till date 13.08.2014 he didnt came when i called him he are not responding. I am very sorry to write complaint that how indian people get purified water with the assurance like this dealer. Kindly suggest him to provide good services and not loss faith of the consumers of the company. Was this information helpful? | |||
