I do hereby inform you that i purchased an aquaguard enhance ro 7 ltr purifier on dated 11/11/2016 from great eastern shop in salkia invoice no. 15/sa/1617/12632.
Regarding my complaint no. [protected] was attended by bitan karmakar on 30/05/2017 the tds was stand from 500 to 195. Further i was reported to mr. Bitan and today 02/06/2017 he replaced the ro membrane with a regenerate ro membrane, i also asked him why he will not give with replace with new one. He explained this is the company policy as it is a consumable part of machine it is not exchange with new one whether it is under warranty.
Now please clarify the exact company policy about
One more matter i want to explain you that after yesterday the time taken for store the water in tank take more time than earlier.
