Aquasure — Very bad service and poor response | |||
Hi this Shaheena Lambay and I am very old customer of yours. I have aquasure crystal model. Since 15th Oct 2015 the water purifier is not working and after giving number of complaint to ur customers care there is very POOR response. After a week on 24th Oct the technician came and look into the problem and told us he will come on Monday but still we are waiting for him. Now it is 2 weeks and nobody is bother to response to our complaint. Since 2 week we DO HAVE ANY DROP OF WATER we are buying water from outside. We didn't expect this kind of service.
