I have ordered lebron soldier xiii by you custom basketball shoe from nike.com and i have provided my kyc information. It keeps getting rejected and i have tried contacting their office in malleshwaram in bangalore. They have no idea what is going on and do not provide a solution to my queries. I have provided my aadhar card & pan card. This is my shipping id - [protected] I have also attached the my electricity bill, sales deed to prove i am the owner and reside at the address provided by me.
