Aramex Couriers — customs kyc documents rejected repeatedly

I have ordered a few things from a makeup brand in usa, and shipped it to india. Since the past two days i have been getting emails, phone calls and sms to upload kyc documents for address proof and i have been putting my aadhar card front & back as it. It keeps on getting rejected because it says that kyc is not in my name and address isn't the same as it is in shipping package.
It is the same address and its in my name. I have no other kyc with this address, as this is a new house and all my other documents like passport, voter id etc are in the address of my other house.
And for my parcel, i have put new house address as this is where i live.

Difference - in kyc : 03, kaveri, _ (Rest of the address)
Shipping address : flat no. 03, bldg no. 1, _ (Rest of the address)
The name of my building is kaveri.

This is why its getting rejected. Please help me as i cannot afford to lose this parcel it cost me too much.

I dont know what to do now??? Please help me. Please.
