Aramex Couriers — kyc documents upload

Does this complain makes anyone take any action over Aramex, from 2017 i can see people are posting complaint againt Aramex and till now this company has not improved it's actions it's selling consumers product by not delivering it to the customer. I have heard that they take shipment but they don't deliver it to the consumer they give you link but don't allow consumer to upload docs in their link. They make an excuse that due to failure of KYC upload the shipment is on hold. They don't call you they don't give you any hint and then they sell your product to some other market. Is it true? Cuz i am sure that they create a lot of issue on shipment. they don't deliver product to the customer.
