Archies Gallery — Not providing the carry bags for toys

I have purchased a card and a soft toy on 20th Dec 2016 from the Archies that is in Infospace Sec 21, dundahera, Gurgaon Huryana.
They refused to provide me the carry bag for the Toy and put everything in the bag that they provide with the card. They gave me the excuse that the carry bag will be given with ceramic items only and not with the toy... this is not the first time I am shopping with Archies. and I found it really weird not providing the bags for toy... BIG SHAME FOR SUCH A BIG BRAND...
