[Resolved]  Archies Gallery — broken product - no exchange

Hi,

This is to inform you that please register a compalaint against Archies Gallery Shipra Mall ghaziabad. I have purchased a product (a swan couple ) on 10/02/2009 worth Rs. 499 and gave them to pack it and when I opened the pack on 14/02/2009 .I found it was broken and when I went to the shopkeeper and said for the exchange of this broken product he was very rude to me and replied what would he do with this broken product.It happen with me second time and both the time I found the broken product at the time of opening the product.Earlier I didn't complaint to you but right now I can't tolerate It because every time I am spending money on these exepensive products and i am finding that I am just waisting my money. And these guys are also very rude at the time of exchanging their produts to the customer .They don't know how to behave with the customer . the customer service of these guys are really pthatic. So Being a customer I would request to please register my complaint and take action against Archies Gallery.Waiting for your reply on my given e-mail Id...Thankyou

I too have a complaint against archies gallery shipra mall ghaziabad..i bought a pen drive from there worth Rs.2000, while buying they confirmed about its functioning but when i used it, it was not working...though they replaced it after a duration of 3 weeks...but again i was given a faulty pen drive. Now they are not providing me any assistance.

Please register one compalaint againt Archies Gallery Trident Mall - Jhotwara, Jaipur.I purchased a product (Small Teddy) on 2nd Aug'09 of amount is 450/- but the amount has debited twice (450*2=900) from my account. When i visited to archies gallary to take my money back but manages totally refushed and his beheivour was not good. I have visited many a times to archies gallary but not getting proper response from the manager towards this issue. One month has already passed and have sent lot of emailsto resolve this issue even then i'm not getting any response.


Please look into the matter, waiting for your positive response.

I BOOKED A GIFT ON 20.08.10 THROUGH ARCHIES ONLINE PORTAL VIDE ORDER NO AL[protected] TO MY SISTER AT PATNA WHICH WERE SENT BY ARCHIES USING BLUE DART COURIER VIDE BILL NO. [protected]. TILL DATE THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS AND BLUE DART'S WEBSITE SHOWS THAT CONSIGNEE IS NOT AVAILABLE. IS THIS THE SERVICE ARCHIES THEY ARE OFFERING TO THEIR CUSTOMER.? WHEN I CONTACTED OVER PHONE TODAY BLUE DART TELLS ME THAT HE WILL FIND WHAT WENT WRONG? THIS GIFT CONTAINS SWEETS AND THE SAME WILL BE SPOILT AFTER SO MANY DAYS. I WILL ADVISE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS NOT TO USE THIS CHEATER'S ONLINE PORTAL FOR SENDING GIFTS .
i would also like to register a complain against archies gallery kaporthala lucknow. they are running a big archies store without an ac. it is difficult to shop there during summer.

My complaint is against the Archie's gallery of westend mall Ludhiana. They are very rude t o the customer. It happened second time with me. Earlier they fought with us for three rupees. We bought some product and gave them the money they were supposed to give us 3 rs back. But they dint. Gave us when we asked them for the money. The manager was like 3 rs ka kya hota hai. We don't have change. He kept those 3 rs. It's not the matter of three rs, it should not be done by a shopkeeper. After that the sales boy started fighting with my husband. Today when I again went with my friend after 6-8 months. There behavior was soo rude they just threw the things in front of me on the counter. It's heights ...this type of Archie's gallery should be banned. I have been to so many galleries but this type of behavior is not expectable. We feel humiliated after buying things from such type of shop. I hope some one should address to my complaint.
I think you all are faking...

I am fully satisfied via quality & services Archies gave... Remember it's a BRAND NAME...
