I have purchased a card and a soft toy on 20th Dec 2016 from the Archies that is in Infospace Sec 21, dundahera, Gurgaon Huryana.
They refused to provide me the carry bag for the Toy and put everything in the bag that they provide with the card. They gave me the excuse that the carry bag will be given with ceramic items only and not with the toy... this is not the first time I am shopping with Archies. and I found it really weird not...

I hope this feedback mail reaches the rightfully concerned person. I went to the Archies store in Korum Mall, Thane (Mumbai) at 6:30pm on Saturday 24th September to get a photo frame gift wrapped.
To my surprise your so called 'gift store' had no interested and educated employees. The front desk person denied they had transparent wrapping papers in store. I went and took out the papers...

This is to inform you that please register a compalaint against Archies Gallery Shipra Mall ghaziabad. I have purchased a product (a swan couple ) on 10/02/2009 worth Rs. 499 and gave them to pack it and when I opened the pack on 14/02/2009 .I found it was broken and when I went to the shopkeeper and said for the exchange of this broken product he was very rude to me and replied what would he do with this broken product.It...
