[Resolved] Archies Online — non delivery of order id al[protected]

I had placed an order on archies online for a rakhi greeting card & sapphire frui t and nut 45gms (Total amount rs 300) on 23rd july 2020 with order id al[protected]. It is due to be delivered by 31st july 2020. Till date, when i check the order status on the website, it shows 'packed', but not 'shipped'. I tried all their available contact number, emails etc., but none of them work. Please ensure that either my order is delivered on time or my total amount is refunded to me (I paid through payu), as there is no communication from their side.

I have received the package today (the exact promised date of delivery), it is in perfect condition, just what I had ordered from Archie's. In addition, I also got a tin of rasagullas (1.25kg) free with it! Thank you so much for making my day Archie's & Bluedart, it was a wonderful experience shopping with you that I will never forget. I am attaching some photos showing the package received.
