Order placed through archies online site. Cake was suppose to deliver on 3/8/2020 and one day delay is also ok
Atleast by 4/8/2020 same should be delivered but it now it's in order placed status. Archies customer service no have incoming call facility is barred and inspite 10mails not even a proper revert came which states will update you the status in 24hr but now it has completed 48hr.
Customer is helpless and mad to trust on such sites. While placing order it was showing same day delivery. Now finally i came to consumer complaint cell for support as unable to reach archies pepole for support

    I ordered rakhi from india to usa 8 days ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday i. E 3/08/2020.. The delivery status has not changed for the last 8 days.. It still says the order is packed.. When will it be shipped? What is the problem?
    When will it be delivered? It's been 9 days past delivery date

      Order no - al[protected]
      My above order was delivered on time. Thank you for that, but the product i ordered was repalced some other product
      1) teddy bear rakhi with light
      2) ferrero rocher t-16-200 gms
      3) special brother greeting card with om rakhi hamper - with a om sign

      Complaint :
      Srl no 1 - defective product delivered
      Srl no 3 - incorrect product delivered against srl no 3, product delivered is an absolute ordinary rakhi thread, i feel cheated by such a reputed brand like archies has sent such a cheap product

        I had booked a rakhi for delivery in uk through archiesonline vide order no. Al[protected].
        The promised delivery is on 2nd aug2020.

        But it was not delivered even today.

        Tried calling on[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected]
        But none of these numbers work.

        Dont know whom to contact. Send message on email, instagram, facebook messenger, posted in facebook... No response

        At the end my brother didnt receive rakhi in time even today ie. 03.08.2020

          I ordered a rakhi box to be delivered to my brother in india. It has not been done. No one answers the customer care number. Yes, this feels like fraud.

                The combo product i have chosen to send to australia consists of 4 rakhi, kaju, badaam, soan papdi and roli chawal. For which i have paid rs. 3540 to archie's. And the product received in australia consists of 5 rakhi, kaju n badaam, that's it no sweets n no roli chawal. Moreover packaging was very poor. And i'm attaching pictures of the ordered n rec'd parcel. I want this complaint to be resolved asap as your poor service, ruined my festival. And i want my refund because there is no sense of sending things after occasion.

                    This is to inform you that Archies Online is doing fraud to the customers. They are not delivering the same order what customer is ordering by Paying huge price. There are multiple orders i have placed through Archies in recent time. Below are the details
                    First Order - I have placed an Order on 27th 2020 July having Order No - AL[protected] wort Rs 2811. The order consists of Rakhi with Chocolates and Dalmatian Pup Soft Toy. They did not send me any Rakhi. I have also raised a complaint to Archies Support, they are not replying on the same (Ticket No - #29336)

                    In 2nd Order I have placed an Order on 29th July 2020 having Order No - AL[protected] worth Rs 830. The order consists of Multiple Rakhi's with Chocolates. The Rakhi which i have order was expensive and what i have received is not matching with the order I have placed and the quality is very poor.
                    I have also raised a complaint to Archies Support, they are not replying on the same (Ticket No - #29845)

                    Archies team is doing fraud to their customers. They are taking benefits of the customers in the current pandemic situation.

                    Your customer service is not reachable. I need a refund on the same.

                          I have made an order of rs. 2293 with order no. (Al[protected] and expected date of delivery is 01/08/20 but still product status shows only packed since last 5 days. It needs to be reached very very urgent. And contact number is barred and no one is replying on mail as well as on call

                            I ordered a rakhi and chocolate combo worth Rs 439 for delivery to my brother's place. I received a payment request from archies, but once the payment was done, the page did not update and the order is still showing in the cart. The customer care number has incoming barred. This is a deliberate fraud by archies, their website is functional enough to receive money, but does not work while delivering orders or receiving customer complaints. I want my money back.

                              I had placed order for message box gift hamper on the archiesonline website. I made the payment via google pay but my order was not confirmed. I tried calling all the numbers i could find but got no response. Their customer care number doesn't work. I have sent an email, filed a query and a submitted a ticket on their website but haven't recieved any response from that either. Please help me get my money back or atleast place the order. I don't want it to go to waste. Please help!!

                              I got the email from the company saying that my order has been placed and is underway of getting delivered. However i cannot track the item. On the bluedart website i got the message as follows. This is really unacceptable. Is this a fraud? Please help. At least deliver the item to it's address.

                                Hi, i have places an order from archies online portal after verifying that the product will delivered on 22/07/2020 day.
                                But it's not get delivered on that day, now i want to cancel my order but i'm not able to see any option to cancel the order, and no one from the company end is taking interest in resolving my problem.

                                  Really i am very upset with archies. It was really bad experience for 2 times.. And now i will be no more customer for archies. The customer service is so bad... They do not have contact details.. Not attending calls and no email reply at all... Plus package are delayed and they only eat money in name of brand.
                                  It plays with the sentiment of people by not delivering on timr and only make money

                                      I placed rakshabandhan gift order for my brother in germany. However, the gift item is not trackable at all.
                                      The dhl tracking number provided to us was actually being delivered in us and not germany! Tracking id shows it has been delivered.
                                      I am not so annoyed that delivery was being delayed. I, as a customer, understand that during covid. However, what i do expect is that there should be some customer support or service to respond to our queries. The number provided on site has barred incoming calls, they keep on deleting our tickets we raise on their zoho platform, they put the high priority tickets on hold. Tell me why wouldn't i consider this if company to be fraud. Go ahead and read comments on social media to know how many customers have these people looted, i. E. Taken the money but never delivered the product.
                                      C'mon, if you are not capable to provide correct tracking id or conformation on status, i have to say that they need to close the company, rather than running scams.
                                      I am attaching the screenshot of their response, check the tracking number and look at the prompt response from dhl.
