This company needs to be sued. I ordered two premium bouquets from them for the same address delivery on the same day. What they sent looked nothing like what I ordered. They were unreachable by phone and they did not reply to any of the emails I sent them. Their refund/cancellation policy is bogus. The whole company deserves to be taken to court for cheating customers out of their money. INR 5000 down the drain Was this information helpful? |
