Very poor construction quality, wall is unable to sustain minor drilling, it is very difficult to install curtain rods. Maintenance quality and response is very poor. I complained about seepage to site manager Shahnawaz on 11 March but he simply didnot act for a week. Multiple times complaints are needed for repairs because response of site personnel is so poor. There is no check on maintenance people, no accountability and no feedback mechanism,

Fixtures are very poor quality. As seen in photo two pipes have been joined with very rusted iron to create one long pipe.
Door handle has broken after one year o[censored]se. I have bought new handles but the maintenance is refusing to change because they donot have carpenter on site. Actually, carpenter is not needed for this as it is very simple work and only drill machine is needed.

Painting and putty work on wall and roof has been pending for months. Even after paying advance maintenance for three years, this is the quality of service. Every month I remind them and they only offer excuses about non-availability of painter or paint. The truth is that they are working on other sites of ARG simultaneously and have no time for maintenance.
