There is seepage in my flat bathroom for past two years and it has not been repaired, wall is still wet and fungus is growing on it.
Quality of fittings in bathroom is very poor. I had to change shower head within 15 days o[censored]se, geyser element within one year, flush tank and nozzle within one year. Now the handle on bathroom door has broken.
There is no maintenance support even though full maintenance has been paid multiple times. Entire slope of bathroom was wrong.
There is no point for washing machine in house, bathroom is very small and machine has to be attached in bathroom.
There is no maintenance support.

Seepage has been repaired for first time after two years only with the help of the police, ARG has not helped at all. Six months after repair the seepage has come back and ARG is delaying the maintenance again. There is rampant corruption in maintenance. I discovered that many fittings in my bathroom were tampered with and were not new such as flush tank, shower head and element of the geyser. Remaining fittings are of very poor quality and door handle of bathroom broke after just two years o[censored]se. This handle is an unbranded poor quality item. see photo.
