[Resolved] Arg Developers Pvt. Ltd. — Overcharging maintenance and not servicing

ARG took life time maintenance from me at the time of buying the flat but within one year of purchase of flat they wanted more because ground water dried up and according to them the cost of tanker was not being covered. I paid lumpsum Rs.4866 as per their demand. According to the monthly maintenance of Rs.150 fixed for my flat the lumpsum should have lasted more than 30 months but they have started sending me invoice for monthly payment after just 12 months. When I ask their executives to tell me how 30 months worth of advance was exhausted in 12 months they have no answer.

Even after paying so much maintenance they are not providing any maintenance service. I am suffering seepage for past two years in my flat which is not being repaired.

ARG maintenace clarified about maintenance calculation and sent me a statement for the same. The problem was resolved satisfactorily.

Updated by Complainant66328 ARG has opened window for kitchen and bathroom in same shaft. Bad smell from bathroom is coming into kitchen and spreadin in whole house because kitchen is open. Window cannot be closed so there is no way to stop the smell (see photo).
When window is open rats come into the house. Rats are coming up even to higher floors like 7th. There is no mosquito mesh on window and entire window will have to be changed to install mesh.
They are not providing maintenance even though full amount is being paid.

ARG developers are sending their electrician/ plumbers to our flats every month to demand maintenance and to pressure us to pay up. I am living alone and these people are goons because I have interacted with them for nearly 2.5 years and they are not repaising even seepage in time. The practice of sending goons to our homes to get maintenance is like HAFTA VASOOLI.
