Maintenance staff of arg developers / arg group is cutting off water supply to 1 bhk flats in the evening before going home and residents are left without water supply and nobody to complain to and nobody available to repair. Today on 3rd november 2017 supply has been cut to my flat in the evening and all staff have gone home.
The staff is like goondas, they simply don't carry out repairs for years. Always something is missing, sometimes supplies are missing and sometimes worker is missing. The painter is a complete goonda and is rude to residents and work quality is very bad. Many complaints have been made to maintenance department but no action is taken.
Service is being denied to small apartment owners who are harassed over all services including water. Large owners are being pampered. Was this information helpful? |
